Important: When you use ONI Suite AI tools, your uploaded content (audio, images, vehicle data) is processed by our AI systems and third-party AI providers (Google Gemini).

4.1 What Happens to Your Data

  • Audio recordings are analyzed for sound patterns and then securely deleted after processing
  • Images are analyzed for visual diagnosis and stored temporarily for your session
  • OBD2 data may be retained to track vehicle health trends (if you opt in)
  • Chat conversations with ONI Voice are logged for quality improvement

4.2 AI Model Training

We may use anonymized, aggregated diagnostic data to improve our AI accuracy. This data:

  • Cannot be traced back to individual users
  • Does not include personal identifying information
  • Is used solely for service improvement

We do NOT sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • AI diagnostic uploads: Audio/images deleted within 30 days of processing; vehicle data retained per your preferences
  • Chat logs: 90 days for quality assurance, then anonymized or deleted
